well-proportioned antique oak 30-hour longcase dating from the early part of the
19th century. The 11" painted dial bearing the signature "Tyte, Wells"
has both seconds and calendar subsidiary dials. The brass plated movement has
an external counwheel and the hours are struck on a bell. The hood has a flat
