Thomas Baker, Devizes: Thomas Baker is listed as working in Maryport Street in Devizes between 1830 and 1851. This is an antique wall clock in the uncommon “Norfolk” style. The wall mounted version of a grandfather clock, it has a weight driven eight day movement and strikes the hours on a bell. The rich mahogany case is 3' 10" high, and the white painted dial is 10” in diameter.
